Has anyone ordered a formal online from a made-to-order website?

For made to order gowns, I love cocomyles.com! I used them for my bridesmaids dresses back in 2007 and LOVE the way they turned out!! They are VERY reasonably priced as well!! Good Luck!

I just want to mention that I did a little research. There are websites where consumers can rate their online shopping experiences. Some of the China based made to order sites are good, some are not.

 

I indicated that I have been very happy with my purchases. In no way do I want to imply that everyone should just go ahead and order from a website such as these. Please do your research first.

 

To back up my experiences, here is a dress I ordered, that I love very much:

 

 

I am not a small person, and I have a great deal of trouble finding dresses to fit and flatter me. I felt really good about the dress, and it was affordable.

 

Here are the other two. The brown one, in particular, is a great fit and style.

A number of my students have ordered their prom dresses this way, and overall they seemed pleased. However, the one thing I've heard time after time is that these places NEVER meet the deadlines that they promise . . . so, if you're serious about doing this, do not wait 'til the last minute!

Maybe I lucked out. All of my dresses have come exactly when they said, this one was even early.
