Where do you find frames for the 6x8 photos sold by shutters? Such an odd, non standard size and shutters won't resize them to 8x10's.

Where do you find frames for the 6x8 photos sold by shutters? Such an odd, non standard size and shutters won't resize them to 8x10's.

I found 6 x 8 frames at a craft store called A.C. Moore in Central NJ. They are wooden "floater" frames, but the 6 x 8 fits perfectly. I found 50% off coupons on their website, joined their loyality program, and I get coupons every week. They were $7.99 before the coupon. I looked all over before I found these 6 x 8 frames.

I try to keep an eye out for this size, since it's so difficult to find. I have found them at Wal-Mart and Michael's craft supply.

I always thought Disney totally missed the mark by not selling this size frame even though they must sell a million photos of this size every year.

not on disney, but on RCCL i have always asked them to reprint at 5x7. its usually the same price anyway and i know i'll find a frame.

Shutters doesn't reprint at a different size than the original photo was. :(

I buy an 8X10 and place the 6X8 on the mat and secure it with tape (either double-sided or I make a little loop) in the corners. The piece of paper under the glass looks like the picture is matted even though it is only a piece of paper. Sets the picture off in a nice way.
