Traval Posted July 16, 2012 #1 Share Posted July 16, 2012 Just back yesterday from Windstar's 8 day Athens to Rome cruise. Although we loved the Windsurf on our three previous cruises we are now converts to the little ships. More info about this cruise to follow. 6rugrats Posted July 16, 2012 #2 Share Posted July 16, 2012 I agree! It's funny when you start to think that the Windsurf is just too big. Look forward to your review.
stcruise Posted July 16, 2012 #3 Share Posted July 16, 2012 Tom and I have been on the Wind Spirit twice. He had already said never again on a large cruise ship. However, when I recently mentioned I might check out Wind Surf itineraries, he said no way - too big! It's amazing how one's perception of too big can change after experiencing the smaller Spirit and Star!
Strenz Posted July 16, 2012 #4 Share Posted July 16, 2012 I have sailed with Windstar Cruises 12 times, there is no difference to me and my husband. 300 or 149 passengers the ships always feel like private yachts. Everytime has been a great experience for us.
SailorJM Posted July 16, 2012 #5 Share Posted July 16, 2012 The smaller, the better for me.
