Nope, not on those older fantasy class ships, they will bring a ice bucket.

Even though we are major cruisers, we are just about 100% with Princess and it's been several years that we've cruised Carnival. Are we allowed to bring on Diet Pepsi and/or bottled water?

Each passenger is allowed to bring twelve 20oz. soft drinks on board in their carry-on at embarkation as well as one 750ml. bottle of wine.

 

Excess amounts of soft drinks, other alcoholic beverages or too big a bottle of wine are subject to confiscation.

 

More soft drinks may be brought on board and taken to your cabin at port calls. Alcohol brought on in port calls will be checked and delivered to your cabin on the last day of the cruise.

Thanks. One bottle of wine/pp will suffice for a four day cruise, as well as several 16 oz. bottles of Diet Pepsi. We don't do alcohol, so no worries.

We were just on the Imagination in October. No fridge, but if its necessary they will put one in your room. Our friends requested one for milk for their daughter. And yes, like PP said, pop/water & wine are allowed. Have a great time!
