Major Fare Drop After Final Payment?

Does anyone know Seabourn's policy when they drop the fares? ($800 p/p) I don't care about a refund as much as I would like OBC or upgrade. Will they do anything at all?:confused:

usually will do upgrade (V2 or 3 to 4-6) but not to larger suites. press for OBC and have ur TA press as well. or call someone higher up in corporate office

I think there is a difference between a price drop after final payment and before. Most hotels if they are not full will discount there rooms at the last moment to try to fill them but it is not expected that all the rooms already booked would now be reduced. The same applies to ships, if the ship is not full surely it is good buisiness to try to fill it,but you would have to be very brave to wait and try for a last minute deal.
