She is not on HAL's website for those dates and doesn't seem to be on any of the usual charter websites.

Apparently she is chartered for 5 weeks to an insurance company.

Does anyone know what will be done on Ryndam's drydock next month?

Call Holland America directly and they will tell you when a certain ship will be in drydock and for how many days.

Just curious, how often does a ship undergo "standard maintenance" dry dock, and what does that usually entail?
