What is the 1 thing that you wish that Carnival would bring back or take away?

Please bring back :

*Tomatoe juice available for breakfast on the Lido buffets

*Caribbean music on Lido epsecially on embarkation

*An enforced dress code in the MDR

*Future Cruise Certificates

*A real band in the theater (not a few instrumentalists accompanying a track)

*More shows in the main theater

*No limit to soft drinks brought on the ship

*Great service in the MDR - the waitstaff is too shorthanded and it really shows - many are still trying to meet the expectations but all too often it is soooo noticable that service is NOT what it used to be

*cruise staff that dress like cruise staff ...2x on our last cruise hubby walked right past the person he was supposed to be going to talk to because they were dressed so much like the cruisers

I wish they would bring back the old comfortable mattresses!!! The new ones are hard as a rock and I swear I need a Chiropractor after sleeping on them last week. Maybe they will get Chiropractors onboard and make a fortune on people lining up to see them! Ouch- the floor was softer than the mattress.

lido deck live music real performers not other guests cranberry juice all day

Make coffee makers available to cabins who want one. Id even pay to rent one for the week.

Take away the pool police that won't let me enjoy my cold beer in the pool. It's in a plastic bottle. Who is it hurting? Talk about a party pooper.

Take away all the audience participation shows in the theatre and bring back professional entertainment!

 

I really miss the live bands. Have not seen a good band in 5 cruises. I miss the real eggs at the breakfast buffet.

DIY evening entertainment (talent and game shows)

 

I completely disagree, there are lots and lots of other non cruise options for seeing super production shows. I find audience participation stuff to be great fun and an integral part of the cruise experience. The move towards cruise ships becoming giant floating resorts scares the heck out of me.

 

Bring back the old school horse races you could bet on with the dice in a cage and people decorating them. Waaaay more fun than bingo.

 

I do agree with the common refrain for live music on the lido deck
