Hello. I ordered wine & alcohol from bonvoyage Saling in Nov. The order does not show up on my cruise documents, should it? Will it be in my cabin when I board? Thanks for any info.

It should be in your cabin.. Just make sure you have a confirmation number just in case.. Enjoy your cruise!! :)

I always take my printout of the confirmation number and i have never had any trouble:D i have 4 bottle on order me my cruise in nov aswell:p

When we ordered for last weeks cruise, no email, just a confirmation # (which we took with us) but the bottles were there when we boarded

When I ordered my bottle last week I asked if it would be on my cruise documents and the rep said "no, it won't, but I can send you a confirmation email" so I gave her my email address. If you are sailing out of Texas or New Orleans (I think) the bottle won't be delivered until the ship is underway due to local laws.

Only Galveston. Also used to be Mobile when Carnival sailed from there.

 

When cruising from New Orleans, they don't even wait for International waters before opening the casino. :)

Yeah, it's Alabama they mention on the BV website, I just knew they mentioned sailings out of two states, neither of which I'm likely to sail out of any time soon:(.

When ordering from Bon Voyage you have to ask for a confirmation email otherwise they will just give you a confirmation number over the phone. I like the email so I can have the paper and take with me in case it does not show up.

Totally agree with Ready2cruizagain

 

I would call back and ask for an e-mail confirmation. And if not sailing out of Tx or NO , it will be gift wrapped in your cabin with a note attached A Gift from-------. It's always nice to send yourself a gift.
