the people who are complaining that the cruise line ruined their vacation should see that ship tossing and turning. i love ship movement but even I waas gettinng a little sea sick watching it..thx for telling us about it.

Keystonemama, you all ready for your surprise cruise next weekend? Still been able to keep that tight lip alright?

 

Looking forward to your trip report when you get back in how the surprise went.

 

Yes I have! The countdown is on! Although it was almost blown last week with 1-800-Carnival call to the house to tell us when to show up in port did not record on my phone, yikes! I saw it come up on the tv and luckily the machine cut it off. :eek: I had to keep a straight face also the other day when he asked me if I would make my famous winner chili for a cook off at his work on Nov. 2!

I have to also change the plans on where I'm surprising him. Remember I told you he thinks he has to work that weekend, well apparently this year they made it mandatory for the entire surgical warehouse, so people who don't normally have to work are having too and there was a big "problem" with them last week "refusing" to work it because they have Gator season tickets and its a home game. DH is ok to be off because I got it "pre" approved back in January. So I don't want to parade through there with everyone mad about having to work.

I have decided to do it at my job, we always have a halloween contest so this year me and the friend going with us are going to be tacky tourist and we have invited him to come watch. He thinks he is coming to watch someone else's skit though. So glad I booked next week instead of this week! Hope Nassau will be ok. Just a few more days!!!!!!

haha. Nice!! Well only a few more days left, you can make it! This picture of what you will dress up as reminds me of Cousin Eddie from the Vacation movies.

 

I'll be on the Sensation the week after you, you are right about its a good thing these storms didn't roll through next week. Hopefully they stay away the week after too.

I watched this last night too. Wow was she bobbing along there. It looked awfully rough and I felt bad for everyone on board.

 

Have you seen this DCL Fantasy video from the last cruise to come in? She was coming in to PC yesterday morning and had lots of escorts to help her. Looks like it was a rather rough ride for her.

Ya know, people always laugh at me bringing duct tape on my cruises, but after seeing the closet doors slamming, my first thought was tape that baby! :p
