Bon Voyage Question?

I forgot to call last week to order a bottle thru Bon Voyage and when I remembered on Friday it was too late and they were closed. My cruise leaves tomorrow so my question is I am still able to call when they open on the same day as we sail or can I do it once onboard? Any pricing differences?

Try room service or guest services onboard. Prices are the same.

Have read here before you will have to pay the 15% gratuity when delivered during the cruise.

You pay the 15% gratuity if you pre-book as well. As has been said, go to the purser's desk and ask for it to be delivered at sea. That does save you Florida state sales tax. Room service can do it too.

No 15% grat has ever been added to my Bon Voyage purchases when ordered prior to a cruise on either alcohol or clothing or food. When I've ordered bottles of alcohol via room service while on the cruise there has never been a 15% grat added then either.

Definitely incorrect. I have had to pay taxes on bon voyage when ordered before a cruise but never had to pay a 15% gratuity.

I think you need to order three days before you leave or wait until you get on the ship.
