Princess Cruise Line does, specifically, the Ocean Princess. Next time will be in May 2014.

Princess every other year or so, Princess goes from Singapore to Cape Town and then Cape Town to London or the reverse. The first leg ends with an overnight at Cape Town and the second leg begins with an overnight.
