Thanks. Somehow I missed the line that gives the terminal info as Terminales Rio de La Plata Benito Quinquela Martin, but you're correct - it's there in plain sight. (I still don't know where that is, but I'm sure the hotel and cabbie will know.)

Go to Google maps and put "Terminales Rio de La Plata Benito Quinquela Martin" and it'll show you. You can also input the name of your hotel and map the route the taxi would take and how long it takes. I mapped it from my hotel , the Park Tower, and its about 7 mins by car.
