I understand we've been having many issues not the least of which is safety. Some of the local posters here (Aquahound, Peter K, Bhopal) should be able to give you a more recent update.

Last I heard was mechanical trouble, maybe two months ago, but nothing since.

They did get up and running, but it was very short lived. They just hit a big snag. The ramp they were using is on Navy property and the Navy just shut it down to all non-government traffic. The other ramps are too shallow for them to use and require ramp fees, so until they figure something out, they are dead in the water.
