I did not see any Champagne listed...Did I miss something?

 

There is "sparkling wine" listed & also other locations locations like Ocean Terrace had champagnes such as Veuve Clicquot.

Does anyone have a more recent wine list for Princess?

This excellent Excel spreadsheet created by 'Steelers36' in fall 2015 is the most recent one I've seen posted & what I experienced. He researched the non-sale Total Wine prices in Florida & compared the total price to that paid when purchasing the same wine onboard.
