Liz54 Posted May 23, 2013 #2 Share Posted May 23, 2013 If you go to the Ports of Call section of this site, you will be able to research port by port. There is a wealth of info there.
Stevesan Posted May 24, 2013 #3 Share Posted May 24, 2013 Sign in to your Cruise Critic "Roll Call". It's often a good source for arranging private tours: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=1707764

purduemom1 Posted May 24, 2013 #5 Share Posted May 24, 2013 If you are going to Halifax, check out HalifaxCruise Ship Taxi Tours. We used them last year and toured with Eruc. Excellent experience well worth the money.
sweetsleep Posted June 2, 2013 #6 Share Posted June 2, 2013 I am so glad to hear that this tour was good as I booked Paul for the tour in July for 4 of us before I saw your review!
Moomduck1 Posted June 13, 2013 #7 Share Posted June 13, 2013 We just got back. In PEI we used Bill Murray from Take the Island Adventure Tours. We enjoyed that tour a lot. He was very friendly, nice and filled with info. In Sydney we used Blue Diamond Tours. They were also very good. We used Your Cab Tours in Halifax and were very pleased with them as well. All 3 of these tours were good and we were very happy with all of our choices. You can easily find websites and contact info by googling those names. maryann ns Posted June 15, 2013 #9 Share Posted June 15, 2013 For Halifax you can get a lot of help here: http://destinationhalifax.com/visitors/things-to-do-in-halifax Look for the section for cruise visitors. Also look for me on Trip Advisor and send me a PM with your email and I will send you my notes gathered from previous posts in the last few years.
