Clarion - Renton

Hello all: has anyone stayed at the Clarion in Renton before? Free breakfast & shuttle service..... Would love to hear from others before booking. Thanks

Is there any particular reason you want to stay there? While it has shuttle service, it is fairly far away from SeaTac airport, there's not very much around it except Valley Medical Center and some car dealerships.

 

There are a lot of other choices that are closer if you want to stay by the airport. There are also choices that are near Southcenter Mall for something to do.

 

Unless you have specific reason for staying there, I'd choose something else.

It is 8 to 10 miles from the airport, and a 15 to 20 minute drive.

Not to mention IKEA if you have a hankering for some horsemeatballs.

or look at tripadvisor.com seattle forum. On top right you will see a list of hotel with cruise and stay pkgs. Most aren't really a deal if your out in the middle on nowhere.

the airport area is seldom recommended for sightseeing Seattle. Many hotels do offer a shuttle for about $9-14 pp to the cruise.
