"A payment is required to schedule Final Payment"

 

Is anyone else receiving this message when accessing their account on Carnival?

 

I receive this error whenever I try to make any updates or edits on my account.

 

Examples: When trying to change Twin Beds to King bed or when trying to update special occasion preferences under the guests tab.

 

My account is paid in full, no money owed... Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this??

I'm using Internet Explorer also....

 

Maybe it's just an isolated incident??

 

My pvp saw the error on my account also but didn't know why it was there or how to resolve it either...

 

I guess I'll try again in couple of days or so...

Are you booked through a TA? If you are and if they booked you with a group, you sometimes have trouble accessing your booking. Happened to us once.

 

Booked with a Carnival PVP, but PVP said they weren't sure why it was happening either :confused:
