Orlando Hotels

Looking for a reasonably priced and CLEAN hotel near the Orlando Airport. Any suggestions?

We have stayed at the LaQuinta Orlando Airport North. They are less than 5 min away and offer an airport shuttle and free hot breakfast.

The rooms are clean and the hotel is located right next to a park type area - very nice.

There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, some open later, ie; TGI Fridays, Hooters, Chilis & Tona Roma Ribs. There is also a Denny's 24 hr just steps away from the hotel.

**** don't get this location mixed up with the LaQuinta West. Two totally different experiences.

I agree that the La Quinta is a good choice and within walking distance of a number of restaurants. Right next to it is a Country Inn & Suites that can be had for about $85 or less. http://www.countryinns.com/orlando-hotel-fl-32812/florlair

We stayed at the Country Inn & Suites - they also have a shuttle and lovely breakfast (better than the La Quintas we've stayed at). Very clean. When my DH fell ill the night before we left, they were very accommodating and helpful. And they are reasonably priced.

http://www.mcohotels.com/ is a good source for hotels close to Orlando -- there's a La Quinta (South?) close to the airport that my mother uses regularly and is happy with. Good luck! :)
