I never understood why RC was offering the Diamonds in December event. What was the rush to get me to Diamond Plus....seems like there are too many already.

Overcrowding is and will continue to be a problem.

 

My previous suggestion to RCL was:

Suites and P's get the CL

D+'s get the DL

D's get a single voucher or possibly two

With all points changed to actual sea days with RCL

I have always thought the Diamonds December Celebration was ultimately going to be a detriment to D+ members. THis program accelerates D's to D+ Then you get folk complaining there are too many D+ and the facilities are crowded.

 

I like the "Diamond Celebration" this year! Lower prices for Oasis class sailings YAHOO!

This is just it.............I like the choice of going to the DL or CL I do not want to be reduced to one choice especially since RC created its own problem by artificially inflating the D+ numbers through promotions such as D in D.

I can't blame them for not having it this year . . . what gifts were given were constantly ridiculed for being trivial . . . it was all about the points anyway . . . what's that saying about a gift horse?:eek::p

We snagged a great deal for December sailing! JS for $1,199 (double points too) Puuurfecto!

It's Diamonds in December at our house!!!! Thank you all who may have avoided a December cruise! The prices are as low as ever for Oasis class in December.

Who needs those silly Diamond gifts anyway,,,,,,,,,,,,,the fare is great!:)
