Ocean View Cabins

Which ships would you say have the best ocean view cabins? We once cruised the Sea Princess with a very large window that was almost floor to ceiling. But all of our cruises since then have been on the Grand with just a mediocre sized window. Are there other ships with windows like the Sea Princess? We do enjoy balconies but not always do we feel they are necessary.

Well, the Sun and Dawn, of course, because they're twins to the Sea.

The Grand has six deluxe oceanview cabins on the Lido deck (#s 303-308) which have floor-to-ceiling windows.

The Sapphire and Diamond have "oceanview" cabins (category O5) that are all the way forward on Baja and Caribe decks. They are really balcony cabins but the balcony doors are locked. I'm not sure if the doors are ever unlocked whilst in port.

That's all I'm aware of with larger than usual windows.

Actually, they do unlock those doors whilst docked...:)

Best "Ocean View cabins": Golden, Grand, and Caribbean Window Suites.

Next would be the ocean view cabins on Plaza Deck. You will find these so convenient to everything.
