Can the UBD be booked for a group of 6 to 10 people and how does one go about doing that? We don't have enough room on any of the balconies for that many people.

If there is not enough room where do you plan on having it then?

I'm sure it can Donna. I would just check with Room Service and they should have a solution.

 

It seems I remember that a group had one in a cordoned off section of Horizon Court or some place similar.

 

We hosted one for 8 once on an aft suite balcony and it was really special.

Bphopal21 and I both remember it being done before and someone posted the experience here on CC. I did a search and didn't find it. If I remember correctly, it was in a sectioned off area of the HC.

I have no doubts that you can pull it off Donna. When you call RS and tell them that you want to host this for 8 or more people they get real attentive.:D

We did a group of 11 for the UBD on our Alaska cruise in 2006 on the Diamond and they sectioned off an area of HC with some potted tree's and held it there.

We arranged it on board with the MD at the time and had a great time :)
