Inaugural Season? What does that mean?

I noticed that NCL have recently changed its itinerary names for Norwegian Getaway to Inagural Season which ends in April of next year.

 

Does that mean we will get those little bag filled with small gifts then?

It would be great if some one could answer me.

I sailed during the Breakaway Inaugural Season and didn't receive any bag in my cabin. A lot of the Breakaway items in the gift shop would say Inaugural Season on it, like mugs, tote bags, shirts, post cards, etc.

Sorry, but it does not. "Inaugural Season" is a marketing tag indicating a new ship.

We sailed the inaugural season on the Jewel and the Epic and never received any gifts. I do chuckle since I am wearing my Epic inaugural season 2010 shirt as I type this :)

Those that took the first sailing across the pond have reported the lack of items.

So am I! I have the blue one with the ship on the front and the stats on the back (size, passengers, etc.). We did get one thing on our inaugural Western Caribbean trip - an Epic hard bound book they said we could keep
