Daylight savings time

We leave this Sunday and come back March 10th which is daylight savings time. Does the cruise ship change time back early Sunday morning so that when we are supposed to get off at 8 and we turn our clocks up an hour, it would of been 7? Need to get off quickly so I need to be prepared about the time change!

We cruised during the fall daylight savings switch once, on the first night of the cruise. The Fun Times that was placed in the cabin that first evening told us to change our clocks, as ship time would change with the daylight savings switch. It was also mentioned at the Welcome Aboard Show. We also had a scheduled port day on Day 2, so that would've been important to know for anyone booking an independent excursion.

If you are disembarking on Sunday and you have a sea day on Saturday, time switch may be done Friday night (2 AM Saturday morning) so that everyone is already on the correct time the day before.

This is how it was done on cruises that we have been on in either the fall or spring that ended on the Sunday that the clocks were changed.
