As a GOLD level member, will we have priority boarding? If so, will our 3 adult daughters be able to join us? This is their first RCI cruise.

No you won't have priority boarding but it usually doesn't make a huge difference.

If they are already boarding wouldn't priority check-in in effect give you quicker boarding?

The only difference is a different line.

 

Once boarding has started then nothing matters.

To answer your question, no you don't receive priority boarding. If you did, your daughters would not receive this unless they were in the same cabin. But in all honesty the priority embarkation benefit is really a non benefit. In our many cruises on RC the regular boarding line has only 1 time been significantly longer than the priority line.
