This time last year I was getting ready for my first cruise on the Freedom. Your review is bringing back so many memories & making me wanting to go again!!:D Thanks for taking the time to such a detailed review.

Thanks for the review and the photos! We're cruising on the Freedom this summer - different itinerary though.

 

It looks like we are going on the Eastern itinerary on Freedom's sister Indy next year. The Freedom is fabulous!

My Wife, Parents and I are sailing on FOS October of 2015 and reading your review makes me wish i had a time machine so it will be here faster.

 

You'll love it! I would be climbing the walls as well but it will be worth the wait!

Rather than having a midnight buffet they have something called "Freedom Fest" in the Promenade. There are tables with food for tastings, tables to show how they create the fruit animals, tables with napkin and towel folding examples, etc. It ran from noon to 1pm. It was tough to come in from a gorgeous day poolside but someone has to try the food:D

Time for the Officers v. Passengers volleyball game. It was a poor showing by the passengers who only won one game and blew it when CD Casey challenged them by offering to buy a round if they won! Choked!

I didn't know this area existed until I was strolling around taking random pics on the last day- It is an area forward I think on deck 12 overlooking the bow. Very quiet up there.
