MikeNKim Posted April 29, 2014 #1 Share Posted April 29, 2014 The latest I have cruised is over Halloween and the weather is almost always awesome. I know it can change year to year but I am considering a east/southern cruise that will leave about Nov 14th.....does the Caribbean cool off a lot in that time frame should it still be pretty good??? What has been your experience that time of year? Thank you!
Captain Carnival Posted April 29, 2014 #2 Share Posted April 29, 2014 Cool off....just the opposite, the sun is still hot as is the water temps.
Bulldog3777 Posted April 29, 2014 #3 Share Posted April 29, 2014 The Spring takes longer to warm up and the Fall takes longer to cool off. Weather should be pleasant and fine for swimming.

belkin Posted April 29, 2014 #5 Share Posted April 29, 2014 We go every year in November and December and love it. We just stay away from the holiday sailings and actually prefer the 1st week of December.
FlaMommy75 Posted April 29, 2014 #6 Share Posted April 29, 2014 We have cruised Thanksgiving and also the second week of December and we have found the weather perfect! Water temps are still warm. :)
wantocruisemore Posted April 29, 2014 #7 Share Posted April 29, 2014 We've cruised in mid Novemeber. It was only a 5 day and we only swam in Cozumel. Water was a little chilly but still doable. You should be fine with the southern.

Cocochanel26 Posted April 30, 2014 #12 Share Posted April 30, 2014 I cruised last year in if November and the weather was great! Don't worrying, great weather, it's the end of hurricane season, and rates fall. Positives all around. Also less children (as long as it's not Thanksgiving week) if that's matters to you.
