Celebrity Drink Packages, Transatlantic

Hi,

Anyone know if drink packages are offered on transatlantic cruises through the 1-2–3 offers? We usually take advantage of these offers, but an agent told us that they usually do not have these offers for transatlantic. Thanks!

This time the transatlantics are excluded. Go to the Celebrity home page and click on the offer and take a look at the terms

There have been a few, but it's rare. The April solstice cruise from Australia to Hawaii for instance had an offer, I booked it, but eventually we cancelled because only suites were available and we were looking for a verandah. also some of the westbound trans atlantics sometimes qualify. We've done three eastbound TA's and haven't gotten one yet.

They have not have the offer in about a year. Too many

sea days 8+ with nothing to do but drink

They were probably losing money--LOL

Transatlantic prices are low relative to other itineraries and sell well so there is no need for Celebrity to offer a free beverage package.

The Eclipse TA this spring had the drink package offered for UK bookings made last autumn. I know because we were on the edge of booking it.
