I mentioned earlier that we didn't do an excursion in Jamaica because Michelle hurt her foot while we were at Atlantis. She had a fairly deep cut and it was sore & starting to get infected. Because of this she wanted to get it looked at. So, off to the doctor we went. The doctor gave her some pills for the infection and some pain killers. The cost of seeing the doctor and the pills was $180.20. If I remember correctly, it was $125 just the see the doctor. There is no breakdown of the fees on the sea pass account.

The waiting room was quite busy but it didn't take too long to get in. There was a guy there who was so overly drunk, someone else who hurt their leg and a couple others who we didn't really know why they were there.

 

 

 

Vending machine with Aloe, Benadryl, condoms, Motrin, Day Quil, NyQuil, Tylenol amog other things.

 

This vending machine had things for $.50. 2 band aids, 2 alcohol wipes, antibiotic ointment, Benadryl, laxatives

There are so many ways to find your way around the ship. These touch screens are in elevator lobbies on all floors. They will tell you directions to your cabin, washroom, venue or restaurant. You can also view the cruise compass and it will also tell you the current occupancy of restaurants.

 

These signs are also posted in each elevator lobby. To help you not get lost the ship is split up into 4 coloured quarters. Blue, pink, yellow & green. We were in yellow. You can tell it is Yellow because the 10 has a yellow circle around it.

 

On your cabin door your room number will be outlined with the coloured quarter you are in. There is also a little arrow pointing towards the bow of the ship.

 

The buttons on the elevators also have ways to help you get around. The buttons tell you which deck the pools are on, Central Park, Boardwalk, Promenade, Entertainment Place & Gangway.

Once back up at the pool we went under a small dark cloud. It rained very lightly for about 2 minutes and then the cloud passed and it was nice out again. Off in the distance it looked like a water spout was forming but it didn't.

Since your providing us with some valuable elevator information, remember packing the elevator and greeting other guests with cheering as the doors would open. I think I recognize some of these people. Can anyone tell me who the guy is in the pink shirt who seems to be having quite the fun time.

We can verify the elevators can hold fourteen people.

Our first reunion happens tonight at howl at the moon Orlando. Skillet, Peacemaker59, and Speedquest are all meeting at a piano bar (ironic) piano bar. Should be fun.

Because of the change in itinerary, Thursday was now formal night instead of Friday. Michelle & I had reservations for Giovanni's Table while everyone else went to the Main Dining Room.

They finished dinner in the MDR before we finished so they came to pay us a visit. As they were walking out of the restaurant Captain Johnny was walking in. They talked to him for a minute and as a joke they mentioned that Michelle & I wanted to get married. Soooooo, Captain Johnny came over to our table. He was really nice and we talked for a couple minutes.

A quick stop was made in the Schooner Bar to see piano player Matt Ganim. While there Matt let a young kid play. He was very good!

UP NEXT....THE QUEST

[Cupcrazy]

For those who don't know, The Quest is an adult scavenger hunt. It takes place in Studio B on deck 4. The audience is split into teams and each team has 1 male & 1 female runner. The Cruise director then asks for different things to be brought to him. The whole thing takes place in the 1 venue and nobody needs to leave to find items. The team with the most points at the end wins. It's probably the most fun hour of the entire cruise.

This next quest was very interactive for our group. We had just completed a 'Get Crazy' quest where Kenny got really crazy. Jerome noticed this and chose Ken to be the next quest. What followed was pure hilarity...
