Actually should have said sailing on the Epic, but guessing O'Sheehan's is fairly similar.

O'Sheehan's on EPIC is above the center atrium, near the Ice Bar. The bowling is tucked back against the wall. Eating on the port side, the bar part is starboard. It gets crowded along the balcony railings when things are going on in the atrium below.
