I have seen on here where some of you talk about looking to see what rooms are available on our cruise and I can't seem to find that info lik othe website anywhere.???? Would love to see how things are filling up....can someone please guide me in the right direction ??

Thank you in advance!

Welcome to Cruise Critic and Welcome to the HAL board.

To see what is available on the ship, just go to the HAL website and pretend you are considering the cruise.

Leave out your Mariner number and just check the different stateroom categories.....caveat ....guarantees do not show so, if there are a lot it could change the complexion of the cruise.

I don't know if this allowed but go to **********.com and they will usually show what percentage of the ships cabins are available, they don't show individual cabins but the overall availability. Have used it for years it will also give you the selling price for various cabins of the time span for your cruise.:):):)

Welcome to Cruise Critic.

We are not permitted to mention travel agencies and/or agents.

On HAL's site, many of us do what is called a "dummy" -- we don't even give our names -- and just go through the process of pretending that we will be booking the cruise. Once you click onto the picture of the cabin type you are interested in and then "save" and move on to the next page, you should see a list of some of the cabin numbers available in that category.

I tried this, but cabin numbers didn't come up- just descriptions in general.

When I do a dummy booking and click (and save) the type of cabin I get a page with a silhouette of the ship where you can choose "aft, midship, or forward" then click on the deck you're interested in. Click "save and continue" at the bottom of the page.

The page that comes up has a deck plan of the area of the specific deck you clicked with a box on the right showing the price of any available cabin you click on.

Below that box ... There's a link that says "Don't see what you are looking for? Try changing location or deck

You can repeat the process on different decks and sections of those decks to see what's still available.

Thank you so much (everyone!) I just tried it and it worked....I was just curious how many of the rooms were open. I'm really surprised at how many suites are already booked this early! Oh, my.....I think I have a lot to learn.....but it sure will be fun!

Thanks! I did get this to work- seems there are still quite a few cabins left for the Eurodam March 15th sailing! No wonder the price went down to $499 per person on Monday!
