Fascination B2B Picture Review January 12 & 17 2015

On our first leg of our B2B we had late dining. We thought at times it was not a good choice for us. On our 4th night I talked to the Maitre'D about switching. He said if I would of asked a day earlier we could help us out  He said he would look into it and let us know later. We never heard back from him. Tonight during our first night on second leg, we still heard nothing. What we did was go to the second dining room (Sensation) and talked to the Maitre'D. He was awesome. He gave us an option for early or anytime dining times! So we switched dining rooms on our second leg of the trip!

Photos up next ...

Thank you for the detailed posts with all of the pictures. I am so excited to go on the Fascination in August. Now I can really picture it.

Thank you for following along. I wasn't sure if anyone was since no feedback. Maybe it's a boring review :o

After dinner we once again headed to the Punchliner comedy club. Tonight was Roman Murray. I have to say, we always go to the comedy clubs on our cruises and the comedians on the Fascination are great!

I love looking at your beautiful photos. I do have a couple of questions for you. First, how did you like the vegetaian food? Can you describe some of the dishes you had? It seemed to me on other cruises the vegetarian entres were often Indian. Was that the case here? How did you like the beach at Little Stirrup Key ? How was the water? We would love to sail out of Jacksonville, because it would be closer for us, but I wasn't sure about the ship. What were your impressions? Thanks for any info you can give.

Freport and Nassau on first leg and Half Moon Cay and Nassau on second leg , my main reason for this one was because i wanted to go back to HMC again :) Plus i have my birthday on the first one

During our relaxing day on the serenity deck, a young couple joined the hot tub. I guess they have no idea what serenity means because they were loud and I am sure they wanted everyone to hear about their beliefs on life. Everyone was shaking their heads on what was going on. Finally the genelman handing out towels told them to keep it down. Once he walked away, the couple told everyone on the serenity deck to go to our cabins to sleep or go to the library for peace and quiet. Unreal! Another crew member came over and said something and the couple left. Trust me, they made sure it was on their terms.

The vegetarian dishes were limited on the menu. You had your salads, stuffed mushrooms, chilled soups, two Mexican dishes (black bean enchiladas and chili rellenos), eggplant lasagna, and some potpie that had sweet potato and yams. I enjoyed them all. At the taste bar they really don't have much for vegetarians. Wish they did. It always smelled yummy!

At the beach at Little Stirrup Cay was beauiful. The island had so many chairs to choose from. If you wanted to be bar area they had music and games for cruisers or if you want relaxing environment... Go further down the beach. Lots of beach chairs and hammocks to enjoy. In the Bahamas in January the water is cooler but it felt good in the warm sun.

This was our 3rd time on the Fascination and we love this ship.

Thank you for following my review!

Tonight we are trying the anytime dining. It's formal night. We went to the dining room and walked right in. No wait. Great start!

Our view... We were able to get a window view!

I have been following along with your review and really enjoying the pictures and your experiences. My wife and I were on the first leg of the cruise 12th-17th. Reading this, I see things I wish we would have done, but we did enjoy the things we did do. Maybe the next time, we will do some of the things we didn't do before. Keep up the great review. Edited by ShdwKnght
