Yes. You can buy different packages, only one of you can buy a package or neither of you can buy a package.

Unless you drink a lot I find its a waste of money. You can always bring water or pop on. When you price the package vs the amount you drink doesn't always work in your favor

Maybe for you, but not for everyone. We loved having the package.

 

And to answer the question, yes you can each get different packages if you wish.

We're like Readytolose - love the package.

 

For us, it's a nice enhancement to the cruise experience. Some people spend extra money to get the square footage of suites, that's not an expenditure in which we find value. We do find value in the $ of a drinks package to have a more all-inclusive experience with almost anything we want to drink when we want to drink it.
