Thank you to ALL who put a note up in this thread regarding information they come across about one of the Activity Managers. It is very much appreciated by me....it does take all of YOU, to keep this thread going!

What Activity Manager have you come across? Ifyou can find out how long the Activity Manager on board is remaining with theship, it would be greatly appreciated…..EVERYONE’s help is needed. Thanks! Anyone who can share information about ourActivity Managers, PLEASE do so.

 

****Adventure OTS – Renato Arena has been back on AD since end of June, when he would have beenreturning from his vacation. Schedule tobe there for 4 months until late October.

****Allure OTS – Amy Tripp arrived on5/21/17. Grant Martin will be replacingAmy in early August.

****Anthem OTS – Hugo Arenas is on board since mid May for a 4month contract therefore until mid Sept most likely.

****Brilliance OTS – TT Algon was on the 5/25/17 sailing…unsure whenhe started and therefore can’t speculate for how long. If someone is onboard and can ask that wouldbe WONDERFUL.

****Empress OTS – Cecy del Razo back onboard from early June for 4 months.

****Enchantment OTS – Who is on board?

****Explorer OTS – Joe Chambers from Canada has been onboard since3/30/17. Likely a 4 month contract thatwill take him to the end of July. WHO IS ONBOARD NOW?

***** Ovation – Agari G is on board now. He will be onboard until mid July when ayoung lady named Raphael will be taking over. Looking to learn when Raphael joins the ship.

*****Radiance OTS – Katrina Blair takes over on 7/28/17 and willbe on board until 10/10/17 when Margot Van Erck returns.

**** Rhapsody OTS – Daniel Dornas should be onboard. Sometimes cruisers confuse the AMwith the CD as may have been reported to me previously….just keep letting me knowwho you are seeing.

Danny is what Daniel Klophaus was listed as in the Jewel Compass, and he worked on FR before, so it may be him who replaced Flávio, with Mickey Martin going to Jewel.

I added the last name in my last post.....Flavio may not have known that he had some experience before, when he told me that Danny was a new AM.....all comes out eventually. I am happy when the AM's let me know directly what is happening onboard. This is a difficult thread to keep up to date and I take the information from wherever I can get it.

Very Very True. Some cruisers are unaware of the difference between a CD and AM, then when the AM is very visible and engaging they think that they are the person in charge when that is not the case.

What Activity Manager have you come across? Ifyou can find out how long the Activity Manager on board is remaining with theship, it would be greatly appreciated…..EVERYONE’s help is needed. Thanks! Anyone who can share information about ourActivity Managers, PLEASE do so.

****Allure OTS – Grant Martin should have returned in early August. (4 month contract???)

****Anthem OTS – Hugo Arenas is on board since mid May for a 4month contract therefore until mid Sept most likely.

Kevin Tugwell is listed as "no longer in the fleet". What happened? Where did he go? He was spectacular on our last cruise, and would have made a very dynamic CD. I'm so sad to see him go.

He got an opportunity with Princess that he could not pass up. It would move him into Cruise Director for them after just one contract as Cruise Director Asst. He loved being with Royal and it showed him how much he loves doing this....but he wants the CD spot...and the move would get him there sooner.

 

We met Kevin on his very first contract with Royal as just a member of the CD Staff....he was wonderful....did some of the best trivia's.....I just wish him well....and you never know he could return to Royal at some point in time.
