Gbeman Posted April 13, 2015 #3 Share Posted April 13, 2015 Thanks for offering! Who was the Casino Host? Cruise Director? We will be on the Star in about a month. Really excited as we are bringing 22 brand new cruisers with us! Thanks!
Thrak Posted April 13, 2015 #4 Share Posted April 13, 2015 (edited) A free cruise? I'm jealous! We will likely never be this lucky as we don't frequent the casino. Glad you had a good cruise and you must be very pleased with winning the freebie. Congratulations. Edited April 13, 2015 by Thrak
Rare Auntiejo Posted April 13, 2015 #5 Share Posted April 13, 2015 Nice! Going next Sunday on the 10 day to Mexico. Seems like everyone that comes back from the Star has an excellent review! So excited....
Rare Auntiejo Posted April 13, 2015 #6 Share Posted April 13, 2015 I thought of another question......were passenges allowed on the "wings" above the bridge during sail away? If so, where do you access that area again?

Lovetocruiseprincess Posted April 13, 2015 #12 Share Posted April 13, 2015 Mmmmmm free cruise from the casino ???? How much money did you lose at the casino for them to offer a free cruise ?????? Lol lol lol I'm not sure of how much you have to lose but we received the same offer by mistake on the last trip. It was delivered to our mail box in error. We didn't notice the wrong name & went to the Capt Circle host to "collect" but obviously couldn't. :D I suspect it is one free cruise provided you book the other at regular rates (not really sure) plus you have additional port & taxes to be added on. If that's the way they give out the free cruise then it's not that great a deal considering the discounts most people get anyway.

I won pretty big in the casino though, no BOGO or any catches. I think they just want a chance to win back the money I won....:)

SRQfireman Posted April 15, 2015 #15 Share Posted April 15, 2015 are you able to tell me if they offer the unlimited internet package like they did on the Regal ? if so, how much was it? (for how many nights)

Did you take advantage of it? No. It is a cruise for 2, so I do have to pay port fees & taxes of approx. $140 per person depending on the cruise I choose. But still, great deal!
