Freedom of Seas port arrival time

FOS doesn't arrive to St. Thomas until noon. I checked and there are 5 other ships scheduled for that same day. (HAL - Westerdam, Carnival - Sunshine, Princes Cruises - Regal Princess (2 of them??) and FOS)

 

For some reason, noon seems like an odd time to me.

With such a late arrival and so many ships, won't the beaches already be packed?

 

We have the 5 in St. Maarten also (switch HAL for Navigator of the Seas)

We are on the only ones in CoCo Cay - if we can tender! :)

Maybe we will make St. Maarten the beach day and just meander around St. Thomas instead (although we wanted to try lindquist beach, looks very pretty)

No worries..the other ship's passengers will all be "out and about" by the time you get there.

DIVI Beach in St Maarten. SSHHHH Cruise Tours no longer go here. The locals were unhappy with the party atmosphere. If you want that beach bum feel this is the place. Beach Bar and facilities. Just remember I said "beach bum feel" It's not four star.

I've not had a problem with crowds at Coki Beach on St. Thomas.
