Is the 18% service charge for the beverage package charged to the price of the package or per drink ordered.

Charged to the price of the package upon ordering... Or, if the package was received for free as a promo item, the 18% is included in that as well.

The 18% is based on the $54.00 daily charge used to compute pricing. X days times $54.00 x 18%.

My understanding is that they already do. How else would they be able to track the work activity of each server?

 

Not for tracking servers, to leave a balance of 18% for the customer to pay like they did to that person with the free UDP. I am speculating but if they did it for dining, I would think drinking will follow.
