That list is from last year- the current CD is Dennis and then Simona from June 26 for the remainder of the Italian season.

Would Patricio Honores continue through September 2016?

Probably not. He is currently doing a 2 month fill-in on Rhapsody, so his assignment on Oasis is likely a 2 month fill-in as well (together, it's a 4 month contract split between two ships, which is the typical length). Unless Drew unexpectedly gets reassigned, then he should be back on Oasis around the end of August for 4 months.

Mariner OTS - I believe his name is Fang Lixin (not Lixin Fang).

It depends on whether or not he uses the traditional Chinese way of last name first, or the westernized way. I've seen it listed both ways.

Allure OTS - Tim Connor April 24 until late August, then Dru Pavlov for 2 months (need exact dates)

Anthem OTS - Dru Pavlov April 30 until June 30 then Abe Hughes returns June 30 for 4 months, followed by Dru for 2 months
