Cabin question for rooms above disco

Looking at the Carnival Dream and considering a balcony room on deck 6 that appears to be above the disco. How is the noise level in cabins above the disco? Will be traveling w/ DW and DD (15). Thanks for any responses.

There are various websites that give information on the various decks/cabins to avoid. It looks as though some of the aft extended balconies may be okay, but there are several cabins listed on deck 6 to avoid.

Yes, avoid any floor above the Prommanade deck or below the Lido deck.

Pool chairs getting slide around above you in the morning-

Made that mistake once and never again. Haven't been on the Dream yet, but if just like the Breeze, even watch where your balcony is compared to whats below on deck 5 if it has the outside deck around it. Hot tub (noise problem) smoke from outside grill (C side BBQ), Outside Lanai below (noise).

I was on Splendor for B2B,cabin 2 decks above Disco. NEVER AGAIN !!... Boom,Boom,Boom till 4am. Like when kids have bass too high in car and windows vibrate. AWFUL !!....

Ditto the boom boom boom until 4 in the morning Deck 6 Breeze.

It ruined our cruise because we got NO sleep.

Avoid like the Plague!

Always, always, always check the deck plans beforehand... If I can't get a cabin on a floor that has cabins both above and below, I look for another cruise... No way would I want to have wasted good vacation money, only to be kept awake by noise all night...
