petlover Posted November 14, 2015 #1 Share Posted November 14, 2015 Does anyone know if Regent allows an open jaw if you book their air ? Specifically flying from LAX to Miami and do a crossing on Explorer, then flying from Barcelona to JFK (instead of LAX). Thanks !! JMARINER Posted November 14, 2015 #2 Share Posted November 14, 2015 Sure, if you pay the deviation fee. j
DaveFr Posted November 14, 2015 #3 Share Posted November 14, 2015 I've done open jaw itineraries several times, Marcie. Our TA can arrange it for you. You might consider only using Regent Air for the Barcelona to JFK flight and take half the air credit for the LAX to Miami flight. You can probably get a LAX to Miami and JFK to LAX open jaw ticket for close to the half air credit you'll get.
findacruise Posted November 14, 2015 #4 Share Posted November 14, 2015 We did it without a deviation fee. Since the cruise is the "open" part. As long as you are flying into the city where the cruise is departing, and out of the city where the cruise ended. At least that was our situation. Our TA arranged it. We flew from LAX to Papeete and returned from Lima to Indianapolis.
petlover Posted November 14, 2015 Author #5 Share Posted November 14, 2015 (edited) Thanks to all, we're not concerned about the deviation fee ( ours is waived) but would definitely want to upgrade to Biz class from Barcelona to JFK. Dave, I think you're on to something and I'll definitely explore that suggestion. BTW, glad you're on our cruise. THANK YOU!!
