We are on the Regal for a week beginning Jan 10, does anyone know which nights are the formal nights and is it possible to see a dinning room menu in advance?

The MDR menus are posted outside the Horizon and outside all DR's in the morning. If you want to know days ahead, ask a Head Waiter.

 

99.9% your formal nights will be first night at sea (day after Princess Cay) and then next sea day following St Maarten stop. We had this same voyage in November.

You can call the DINE line as soon as you board and they will be able to tell you when the formal nights are.
