Probably varies line to line, but if I get a bit of shell it's a good sign.

 

You realize, of course, that they have 50 lb. bags of shell fragments provided by an agricultural conglomerate in Omaha, stored under the counter so they can occasionally sprinkle some authencating elements into the Novo Ovo pre-mix before scrambling.
