Choosing a Cruise for College Student on Spring Break

I don't think you will exhaust your limit. Especially for the two days you are off the ship in port. Just don't drink so much on shore that you get so blotto you miss the ship...

Are college students on vacation up early enough to eat breakfast? Especially if you hit that 15 drink limit the first day...Up by noon? If you don't buy the package, there is no limit, but the bar staff will cut you off if your behavior indicates you have 'had enough'. And if your behavior when you have had too much is objectionable, they can cut you off for the rest of the cruise. EM

But 15 drinks a day is A LOT.

We have done the beverage package on Celebrity the last 2 trips & were very surprised that it is about a wash for us... (no per day limits there)

Now we don't usually have any with breakfast...

But a few cocktails at the pool...

A few in the casino...

A couple at dinner...

One at the show...

A few when we go dancing.

Now that is a sea day--You are looking at 12 or so max.

(now I am only counting cocktails--do sodas & waters count toward the 15? ugh)

The days you are at port you aren't going to do more than 1 when you get back on the ship, then dinner/show/club.

I guess if you need more you could buy it, but from a couple that truly enjoys their cocktails, & places few limits on them while traveling, 15 will be PLENTY.

THIS, exactly.

Perhaps OP and friends might be better suited to an all-inclusive land vacation, where they are not on a ship in the middle of the ocean. Sounds like they are in it to get wasted.
