Superdottie Posted February 17, 2016 #1 Share Posted February 17, 2016 We booked a 2017 cruise while on board a few weeks ago. When I got home I linked the reservation to my DCL account. In the same few days we transferred our booking to a TA and switched our cruise. The TA site has the correct cruise listed for us, but the DCL site still lists the old one, and with a different room number than what we had selected when we first booked. Both sites list the same reservation number. Should I care? Was hoping to avoid a call to the TA.

Superdottie Posted February 19, 2016 Author #5 Share Posted February 19, 2016 Well good thing you guys suggested calling TA. Disney had not completed the switch in my reservation and I was still booked on the old cruise according to Disney (even though TA site had the correct information). While on the phone I was also told I could not use my 10% booking discount for a GTY room. That irked me. I ended up switching room categories. Thanks for the help!
