Is the Gem Leaving Late Today?

At 8am they announced that we were in port and that they would begin debarking shortly. Then another announcement was made about 30 minutes later saying that they were refueling and we were not allowed outside. The first debarkation of passengers who were not carrying their own was at around 9:40 or so. The porters were confused as to what was taking so long in getting the bags off.
