OBC in casino?

I have quite a bit of OBC for my upcoming cruise. The RC website doesn't mention the casino when it explains where you can use it on the ship. Please tell me it can be used in the casino as that was my main reason for getting it!

So if you want to use $100 of OBC for chips they will charge $105 against your account

Set up a cash account instead of securing it with a credit card. Up to $500 daily and you do not pay the 5% fee.

Go to the cashier, the machines only take cash or cashout tickets.

Does anyone know if I can still 'cash out' unused OBC in the casino? I thought I saw on the Celebrity board that they had stopped doing it so not sure if it's still possible with RC.

Yes, people are still able to get cash at the casino, for a 5% fee.
