Redeeming funpoints with Carnival MC issues!

I know there was a thread a week or so ago about having trouble redeeming funpoints with your Carnival Mastercard towards your Carnival purchase and an error showing up on the website. This has been going on for WEEKS now! Is anyone else still having problems? It's quite ridiculous! :mad::mad:

I had the same problem about a month ago. I just called in and they manually applied the credit. Might try that.

I have used rewards for OBC but it has not showed up on my carnival account yet. It's been about a week or a little more. Anyone know how long it takes to show up?

I didn't have any issues last week. You are using points to pay off a trip that was purchased with the card correct? Pretty much going for the statement credit?

Your obc won't show up until you are on the boat. Mine didn't show up until the second day of our cruise.

I just redeemed some for a statement credit. No error message this time, so try again and see if it's working for you now.

It looks like it is working again! (finally!) i've been checking for weeks now and always got an error saying "something unexpected went wrong" i emailed them and they told me to call customer service for help. i told them i didn't want to call customer service, i wanted to use the online tool and that i wanted to know when it would be fixed. bout time! :)
