Your first priority should be itinerary. Ports visited, and time in port. Then look at the cost of the cabin. Most cruise lines are going to charge per cabin for two, not cabin for one. So in effect, you are paying double - your single supplement is 200% of the fare for one person. You may occasionally find a cruise line or sailing that charges less. October is beyond the peak tourist season, so you might be able to get a break...EM

Hi, I am planning a trip tp Barcelona in October. Any suggestions re cruise line for first time solo cruise? There seems to be so many options.
