When do edocs become available?

How many days out will the edocs become available? I'm at 59 days and there is no option to download them yet.

Generally when you are finished checking in online and final payment has been made. I don't know if it's different when booking with a TA though, since we've only booked direct.

The website says 75 days before the cruise.

I'm paid in full and the checkin is at 100%. Is it because we booked a guarantee? No TA.

The GTY cabin could be a holdup in the availability of the e-docs. The docs have the cabin number on them, so they're not available to download until you've been assigned a cabin.

We have three different cabins for our family. All have assigned cabin numbers (not guar). Everyone's checkin is at 100% (and has been for around two weeks) but only two of the rooms are we able to print/view e-docs. All three reservations are linked. Any suggestions?

Our cruise in 44 days from now and about 4 days ago I could not print the docs even though we had completed filling out everything.

We don't sail until 9/11 and I got my email this past Sunday saying mine were ready to print. :D

We are at 74 days , just checked and MyNCL says you will be notified when EDOCS are ready. Under 60 days according to web.

 

Everything on my end is at 100% complete with the 5 green check marks.

 

So we will see.

So a wonderful NCL rep called me for a question I sent in and while I had her on the phone I asked about my EDocs not being ready. When she looked she said that although the final payment was the correct amount, the person who entered it transposed the cents portion of the payment so it was showing we were $0.63 short. The system will not accept an amount less than $1 so it errored out. That is why I was unable to print the Edocs when everyone else in our group was.

Btw, the NCL rep was great! Very polite and knowledgable.
