Writing to the Hotel Director

Hi. Does anyone know how to write or email the Hotel Director on the Getaway? His name is Errol Bailey.

While you are on board you can write to the HD a letter there is a specific box at guest services for his letters...or else you can try post cruise contact us at ncl.com

Your best bet would be to send your email to the Ship Coordinator for the Getaway (the same email used to set up the M&G onboard). That person can forward your email on to the ship.

 

There are actually two emails involved. Each HD has a company email account in their name and then there is also an email for the HD position on each ship. One first goes directly to that person, while the latter only goes to the HD who is onboard at the time the email is sent. Some HDs will give out their email on occasion, however, it would be improper to post those here on a public forum.

Last week, you could have dropped a letter in the Dear Errol box at guest services. This week it is probably better to go through Guest Relations at https://www.ncl.com/case-submission

Thanks ya'll. We left a letter for him with the Haven concierge on disembarkation. We were not informed about his mailbox. I wanted to make sure that he actually got our letter.
