How soon is the average time to get a refund of what was not used on sail and sign card? We got off ship last Saturday, June 4th and not received refund yet.

We closed out our S&S account out before going to bed on the last night. Got instant refund.

When I had a gift card balance left I received a new gift card in the mail in about 3 days. It was fedex overnighted to me. I was shocked. Not sure how long it would take for a cash refund.

Ended a cruise on a Monday, got a check in the mail the next Monday.

It's pretty quick, last time for me was about a week and a half. You haven't been back even a week, give them some time to send you the check.

I too, almost always go to Guest Services the evening before debarkation, and get my refund. I think they say that if they mail it to you, it'll be a week, to ten days.

Wow I have no idea how you guys can get enough onboard credit to have a refund at the end! Even with the shareholder credit, we usually owe about $700 by the end of the cruise! :confused:

What on earth are you buying on there? We only put 200.00 each(total 400.00) on it and got over 100.00 back.

What on earth are you buying on there? We only put 200.00 each(total 400.00) on it and got over 100.00 back.

 

Drinks are expensive :p

We also leave our Autotips on the S&S, usually do a couple of shore excursions, buy a few trinkets...it adds up! :D
